Host Registration Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested in writing within 30 days from the time of registration. A full refund will be issued if no materials or items have been shipped to the customer. If any materials have been shipped to the customer, a refund will be issued once NBB HQ receives back the unopened/unused shipped materials in full. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply. NO REFUNDS will be issued past the 30 days of the registration.

Summer Study Registration Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested in writing within 7 days from the time of registration. A full refund will be issued if no materials or items have been shipped to the customer. If any materials have been shipped to the customer, no refund is available. NO REFUNDS will be issued beyond 7 days of the date of registration.

**IMPORTANT: Once packages have begun being packed and shipped (on or around May 15), refunds for the Summer Study will no longer be processed.**
