Thank God for such a blessing! I am certain that God will cause growth in numerous peoples' lives through this opportunity. I am eager and preparing already for this Bible bee! God will certainly do wonders through this. God bless. |

I am SO excited that The SKF has offered this to our children! I am a homeschooling mother of 5 and see how vitally important it is for Bible to be part of their lives. This opportunity will help us engrave Him into their hearts! Before I could even finish asking our pastor for the opportunity to host a Local Competition at our church, he already told me "Yes!" Washington, D.C. had better get ready for 300 children ready to give the Power of our God as they speak the word and truth of God. D.C. won't know what hit them! |

Praise the LORD! It's about time we started something like this for our children. They are blasted with junk everyday and we need for them to know more about GOD. The very minute I heard about this "Bee," I got so excited . I thank you for making this possible. I already have the support of my first mom. I know there will be many more moms and dads that will join me in this most wonderful effort. Our children can make a difference if they have they right path to take. May God open the windows of Heaven and pour out His blessings, pressed down and running over. |

The Bible Bee has already been a blessing to my family and me. Studying a little bit of the Bible together already with my older girls has softened my heart again towards God. Times have been a little hard and I have had a hard time trusting God with the trial He has recently allowed for us, but His Word is such an encouragement to me, and He has used the Bible Bee to get me reading the Bible again. |

The excitement the Bible Bee has created in our home is wonderful. It has been a real answer to prayer. During the week before the Bible Bee announcement we had been in prayer, crying out to God for a way for people to learn of God's ways. A sticky note was attached to my computer monitor to write to Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis about a national "History Bee." This was on my mind because we know that real change and knowledge needs the wide angle focus of history from a Bible base. So, you can imagine the relief when we saw that Patrick Henry College was to help sponsor a Bible Bee. We look forward to hearing more. |

We are SO excited to host a Bible Bee in our area. We immediately called after seeing the ad on the HSDLA weekly update. This is an excellent opportunity to encourage our children to continue meditating on the Word, day & night. When we called both sets of our grandparents, they were delighted & so supportive...they even immediately wrote a check for all five of our children's entrance fees & the fee to host a Bee! We have forwarded the information to friends & family all over the country. We look forward to every step of the process, from prayer to support to practicing to competing...all to the glory of the Lord! "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or swerve from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." (Prov 4:5–6) Oh, that through this many, many children will learn His Word, ways, & live them! In prayer, through His strength, for His glory...Charge! |

How encouraging to see the yellow points on the map grow! Sometimes it seems as if we are a small minority in this country. I can't wait to see as our numbers grow. What this will do to the family of faith in Jesus! Let's show everyone how many of us there really are. I am so encouraged by the faithfulness of the others I have already heard from and read about since coming across this on HSLDA'S website. My children are excited but nervous to work on memorizing as much as we can. Scripture memorizing is fairly new to us and we are excited to take on the challenge. The best part about this Bible Bee is that everyone wins by having lots of God's Word in our hearts. Praise the LORD for the creators of the Bible Bee and their faithfulness. Go, Friends in Christ!!! |

My siblings and I have been memorizing the Word of God since we were tots. It has been the vehicle for developing the disclipline God desires in all areas of life. We are excited to be involved and hope to bring this to the attention of hundreds and to sponsor a local Bee if possible. I am so thankful to see the Sword of the Spirit being encouraged to help youth rightly handle the Word of Truth and to be ready to give an answer to any one who asks... with gentleness and reverence. Thank you! HIs word will not return void in all of our lives, bearing fruit in every good work as we obey His promptings in accordance with His Word rightly divided! |

What a wonderful competition to get energetic youth involved in. I'm excited about the Bible Bee plans to have this be more than a one-time event. The impact these bees could have on the US and the world is exciting to think about indeed! It makes me wish I was 17 again! Ps 119:130 "The entrance of Thy Word giveth light." God bless you in all the plans and decisions involved. |

Wow, I just finished a blog on the faith of our government leaders and was shocked on how little most of them knew about the Holy Word of God. This Bible Bee is fantastic! The Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, so that must mean that if we don’t have it, we are only stumbling around in darkness. Let His Light SHINE! |

Bible memory has been a passion of mine for so long.. I memorized daily for years with my own children and am now a director for a high school AWANA program in my church. Scripture is the single most significant truth to memorize. As my children were growing up and busily memorizing chapters of Scripture – I scratched for ways to reward them….I invited loving grandparents and surrogate grandparents over to listen to them recite; I enrolled them in fine arts presentations to recite – anything to reinforce in their little minds that this was significant. This is why I am so overjoyed that your organization is willing to actually give cash rewards that are truly substantial and that place an adult level value and endorsement of the task and of the effort involved in accomplishing it. |

I am so very excited about this event. About 3-4 yrs ago I kept thinking how could we have a Bible Bee for the children. My husband came across this and showed it to me. I can't wait to get my information package. I am looking foward to promoting this with my church, homeschool group, and other families we know. |

Right on! "How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word. Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You." Psalm 119: 9,11 |

Thank you! Thank you! for orchestrating a ministry like this that teaches our children to hide God's word in their hearts & to equip themselves with the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. My great passion has been teaching my own children & others the Word of God through Scripture memorization, Bible Drills, & catechism . Unfortunately, it would seem that many in the church are woefully unfamiliar with their Bibles & often times, sadly, are uninterested. This is a desperate state. We need to pray that God will give His people a deep passion for His Word, that the church may be transformed by it. May God bless this ministry & may He be glorified in it. |

The unchurched in the USA in the early 60s knew Scripture much better than those in church today. I expect the Bible Bee to motivate many to reverse the sad state of Biblical illiteracy in our country. I've been dreaming about an event like this for several years. Thank you for being used by God to answer my prayers. I can't wait to get started spreading the word around our Christian school, our local community, Bible Quizzers, and other Scripture enthusiasts around the country. |

What a wonderful, practical and fun way to encourage the study of God's Word! And what a gracious way to honor a young woman who walked with and boldly served the Lord as a witness to others. |

I read about Bible Bee in world Magazine. I always encourage my children to read and memorize scriptures. They oblige it half-heartedly. Bible Bee is the answer to my prayer. I consider either hosting one in my home or talking to one of my children's Sunday school teacher about it. Thank you Bible Bee for your committment to help the young generation grounded in God's Word. |

I heard about the Bible Bee while listening to the Way of the Master Radio. I shared it with our children's department leader, and she is fired up! She is taking the steps to make our church a local host. I can't wait to see all the kids getting invovled and learning scripture! |

The ad in World Magazine caught my eye as soon as I turned to the page. WOW! Talk about a needed emphasis!!! I am strongly considering involvement with this effort and encourage any Christian concerned about our young people being destroyed by a "lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6) to step up and be involved. Thanks, Bible Bee, for your great work! Hold on to the promise in Isaiah 55:11, 'God's Word will not return void!' |
